The Victorian Mini Club Inc. (VMCi) is an authorised club under the VicRoads Club Permit Scheme (CPS). We support members with both renewals and new permit applications, ensuring compliance with VicRoads requirements.

CPS Renewals

Renewing through VMCi is simple.

Online Renewal

  1. 1.Complete the CPS Renewal Online Form.
  2. 2.Upload your VicRoads renewal notice.
  3. 3.The authorised CPS officer reviews your submission.
  4. 4.Once approved, VMCi emails your signed paperwork back to you.
  5. 5.You lodge the renewal with VicRoads.

In-Person Signing

Members may choose to have their renewal paperwork signed:

  • By arranging an appointment with an authorised CPS officer: permits@mini.org.au
  • Or by attending a Monthly General Meeting (last Thursday each month except December).

Member Responsibilities

Keep your permit valid — and the road safe.

  • Maintain current VMCi membership.
  • Carry logbook, permit paperwork and proof of membership when driving.
  • Follow all VicRoads CPS rules and conditions.
  • Ensure modifications comply with VicRoads requirements.
  • Keep the vehicle in a safe, roadworthy condition.
